Yes. Your personal and health information is handled confidentially and in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Yes. Certain services require a consultation and health screening to ensure safety and appropriate care. However if there are no contraindications then service can be rendered the day of.
Your information is used only for treatment planning, safety screening, appointment management, and necessary communication related to your services.
Specimen collection may take place on-site, with testing completed by certified laboratories when applicable.
Appointments are recommended, as some services require prior consultation or clearance.
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Due to the nature of esthetic and wellness services, refunds are generally not provided once services are rendered.
