Appointments are recommended for all services and may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Certain treatments require a consultation and health screening prior to service. Appointment availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to reschedule when necessary to maintain quality of care.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and other clients seeking appointments.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any deposits collected are non-refundable and may be applied toward services as outlined at the time of booking.

Due to the nature of esthetic, wellness, and medical spa services, refunds are not provided once services have been rendered. If you have concerns about your service, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address them with care and professionalism.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, including medical history, medications, and any conditions that may affect treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact results or safety. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or the need to reschedule to avoid disrupting other appointments. Full service fees may still apply.
